2010 Crafty Resolutions

Here is my list of crafty New Year resolutions for 2010. Unlike other years, this is a shorter list but many of the items require a LOT of work. Here we go, in no particular order:

1) Catalog all current UFOs from past years - decide what to frog, what to finish and what to throw out


2) Projects for 2010:

• Green knitting bag


• Three baby blankets using the same pattern but different color combinations


• Blanket for the Queen


• Blanket for Brodie


• Make at least 3 pairs of socks

3) Get serious about starting side business, to include:

• Create own web site


• Get a business plan in order


• Open an Etsy shop


• Create some inventory for the shop


• Add new patterns to my Ravelry shop


• Design new products on CafePress

4) Join the crochet guild or knitting guild or something


5) Fiber Traveling

• Go to MS&W 2010


• Go to another fiber festival besides MS&W. Virginia? Rhinebeck? Stitches?


• Check out TNNA (if I can)


• Go to the knit/crochet show in July

6) Take a crafty class - cake decorating (final class), sewing, knitting, spinning, painting, sculpture - something! Could also count if I take a class at an LYS or at a conference

I'll try to revisit the list as the year progresses and as I (hopefully) progress with the list. Comments/suggestions welcome.
